How are you doing today? My Chinese name is Yingjun Lu; you can call me Angel. I was born and raised in Guangzhou, China. Also, I am multilingual and can speak four languages fluently in total. Cantonese is my mother tongue, then Mandarin, English, and Japanese minor.

I came to Canada at sixteen years old to continue my high school degree. Everything was new here. At first, I believed I would return to Guangzhou after two years. Then, I applied to Carleton University and decided to stay in Canada. At Carleton, I applied for the School Starbucks part-time job and enjoyed the environment. This job provides me with more opportunities to communicate with more students and people when they are taking orders and also build up my interests. During the four months of part-time job experience, I developed and strengthened my abilities, like communication skills, team cooperation, and leadership skills in a team.

I like traveling, trying fresh foods, taking photos, and working as a barista at Starbucks in my spare time. I have always been urged to create a website to express myself and make more friends through the online platform, so this year I have a chance to create this space for you. I hope you like me!
